Kickboxing [Advanced]

Service Description

Kickboxing classes are designed for experienced members looking to further develop their striking skills in a competitive training environment. Sessions focus on advanced combinations, timing, footwork, defensive tactics, ring control and tactical application through partner drills and controlled sparring. Each session includes technical drills, situational sparring and live rounds to help members sharpen their timing, distance management, decision-making and overall fight IQ. Open to advanced members only. As sparring is anticipated during these sessions, participation is subject to the Head Coach's approval. Members are required to bring their own 16oz Boxing Gloves, Shinguards and Mouthguard for every class.
