MUAY THAI
Known as 'The Art of 8 Limbs', Muay Thai blends punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch fighting into one complete striking system. Each session delivers a full-body workout that can burn up to 1,200 calories while improving stamina, strength, endurance, agility and balance. Developed by our Head Coach through decades of elite coaching experience, our signature Muay Thai program is designed for all skills levels, from first-timers to professional competitors.

BOXING
The Sweet Science offers an exhilarating full-body workout while equipping you with practical self-defense skills. Our trademark Boxing program combines powerful, precise punches with fluid footwork and sharp head movement - delivering results in both competition and overall physical conditioning. Designed to accommodate all skill levels, our classes are ideal for both competitors and fitness enthusiasts looking to improve their punching skills.

MMA
Our Mixed Martial Arts program, developed by our co-head coach & one of Malaysia’s pioneers in MMA - focuses on essential techniques such as Ground & Pound, Wall Work, Clinch Fighting and Takedowns. Tailored for intermediate and advanced members who have mastered the fundamentals of striking and grappling through our core Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing programs, our MMA program ensures you're fully prepared to dominate in the cage.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Experience the art of ground fighting with our world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program! Designed by our World Champion Co-Head Coach, our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum offers a comprehensive approach to mastering the essential principles, core techniques and advanced strategies needed to excel. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced grappler, our program is tailored to refine your skills and seamlessly transition you into the world of MMA.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a high-intensity combat sport that combines the power of punches with the precision of kicks - creating a dynamic striking style. It incorporates elements from Boxing, Karate and Muay Thai, utilizing punches, kicks and knee strikes. Our Kickboxing program, designed by the Head Coach of Malaysia's National Kickboxing Team, is tailored to help you refine your techniques and develop the skills necessary for both competition and fitness.

COMBAT CIRCUIT
Combat Circuit is our Strength & Conditioning program designed specifically for combat sports - combining strength, power, cardio, agility and mobility training to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts build muscle, burn fat and enhance overall performance. Using dumbbells, kettlebells and other functional tools, the program focuses on proper form rather than excessive load or intensity and exercises are tailored to suit your individual goals - ensuring safe and effective progress!
