Muay Thai is a combat sport which utilises punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes. Each training session provides a full-body workout that can burn up to 1000 calories and helps to improve your stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, balance and coordination. Our signature Muay Thai program is developed and curated by our head coach who has decades of world-class coaching experience. Our Muay Thai classes run daily and are designed to suit all individuals, from complete beginners to seasoned professionals.



'The Sweet Science' provides an exhilarating full-body workout along with applicable & practical knowledge for self-defence. Utilising refined and polished combinations with rapid & forceful punches, graceful footwork, and agile head movement, our trademark Boxing program has been proven effective in both competition and improving overall physical fitness. Our Boxing classes are designed to accommodate boxers of all experience levels from first-timers to experienced boxers including Muay Thai and MMA practitioners.



Developed specifically for combat sports, our cutting-edge Strength & Conditioning program provides a blend of strength, power, cardio, agility and mobility training which will help combat sports athletes and fitness enthusiasts build muscle, burn fat and improve overall athletic performance. Utilising dumbbells, kettlebells & other various functional training equipment, our training program prioritises form over load & intensity; and exercises will be modified accordingly to help you achieve your goals safely. 



Discover the art of ground fighting with our innovative Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program! Our training curriculum is designed by our co-head coach, who is a BJJ World Champion. It is developed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the essential principles, fundamental techniques, and advanced strategies required to excel in this martial art. Whether you are new to the sport or an experienced grappler, our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program will help you hone your skills and make a smooth transition into Mixed Martial Arts.

Focusing primarily on specific techniques for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) such as Wrestling for MMA, Ground & Pound, Wallwork, Clinch for MMA and Takedowns for MMA, our MMA program is developed and designed by our head coach who pioneered Mixed Martial Arts in Malaysia. Our MMA classes are exclusively open for members of intermediate and advanced levels only who have mastered the fundamentals for both striking and grappling through our staple Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing programs.

Our trailblazing Shark Tank program is designed to provide a safe platform for our intermediate and advanced members to drill and apply the techniques they have learned from our Muay Thai, Boxing & MMA classes through technical sparring rounds, allowing members to put their skills to the test. Our Shark Tank classes provide members with opportunities to experience and handle adverse scenarios that may arise in competition, which will help members build confidence during preparations.
