Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), as popularised by UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), is a full-contact combat sport which combines striking, clinch fighting and submission grappling. Techniques used in MMA are extracted from Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Western Boxing and Wrestling. Our MMA program caters to members of intermediate and advanced levels only; and primarily focuses on takedowns, wall work, ground & pound and specific striking techniques used only in Mixed Martial Arts.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) was the first martial art to dominate the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and it remains one of the most effective forms of self-defence and an essential component of modern MMA. Our refined Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program emphasises on the core concepts of ground fighting and techniques from every position that every grappler should know including positional control, takedowns, throws and submissions. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned veteran, we've got you covered!



Combat Conditioning is our 30-Minute Strength & Conditioning program, designed specifically for combat sports. Each session takes less than 30 minutes and provides a mix of strength, power, cardio and mobility training which will build muscle, burn fat and improve overall athletic performance by utilising dumbbells, kettlebells, functional equipment and bodyweight movements. We prioritise form over load and intensity; and exercises will be modified accordingly to help you complete your rings safely. 



Our distinctive Western Boxing program focuses on technical padwork drills with specific partner-simulated techniques and utilises sophisticated & suave combinations, accompanied by quick & heavy punches, slick footwork and evasive head movement. 'The Sweet Science' provides an incredible cardio workout along with applicable & practical knowledge for both self-defence and competition. Our Western Boxing program is custom-designed to suit both beginners and experienced boxers!

Our trademark Shark Tank program provides a safe platform for members of intermediate and advanced levels to apply techniques learned from Muay Thai, Western Boxing and MMA classes in light sparring rounds. Designed to help you prepare for future competitions, Shark Tank also provides you with technical sparring drills and opportunities to experience adverse scenarios which may arise in the ring or cage so you can learn how to handle them effectively and confidently.
