Service Description

Competition Classes are open for seasoned veterans with solid experience in Muay Thai and proven consistency in training. These sessions dive deep into advanced techniques, including clinching, sweeps, counters and fight-specific tricks used at the highest levels. Training intensity is higher and tailored for those looking to refine their game for competition or advanced sparring. Participation Requirements: Open to advanced members only - subjected to coach's approval. Participants must bring their own Boxing Gloves, Shinguards and Mouthguard.
