Advanced Boxing is tailored for experienced practitioners and fighters who want to sharpen their edge in a competitive environment. Training revolves around live sparring, situational drills and partner work. You’ll refine your timing, accuracy and distance management while developing sharp combinations, elite defense and effective counterpunching. Strong emphasis is placed on footwork, angles, head movement and controlling the pace of a fight. Sessions are intense and detail-oriented, focusing on real fight application, ring IQ and the subtle tricks that create openings and capitalize on mistakes. This is not a beginner class - built for those who are ready to spar and compete only. 16oz Boxing Gloves, Mouthguard and Headgear are mandatory.
